CardLogix is a logic-based puzzle game provided for entertainment and educational purposes. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
The App is suitable for a general audience. If you are under the age required by your local laws, you should use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
All content in the App, including but not limited to game logic, graphics, icons, text, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Vignesh IT Solutions unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected and used.
The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding performance, availability, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vignesh IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the App.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated version on this page.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
